My Dewalt DW625 3hp plunge router has started to run hot and smell like it’s burning up under even light duty (soft pine 1/8″ bit 1/4″ deep.)after just a couple minutes. Repairable? Bushings or something, any ideas?

Have no idea if this is typical but at least in CT, the DW factory service (in Newington I think) is fabulous and very reasonable. I'd just hand it to them...
