i was told by their rp who happened to be at HD any tool you buy of theirs that for the first year you can bring it back & they will completely check it over & replace brushes etc as req'd at no cost to owner.
this came out after i reminded her that ridgid , bosch, dewalt , milwaukee have a
30 day trial use time, if you don't like it bring it back & get your money back(at HD anyway) Only bosch has this guarantee right on the box as pointed out to me by their sales rep.
i have done the 30 day thing with ridgid & dw tools my self (HD dosent talk about it but they will do it)
