Sure but....
I'm always so curious... why? What are you doing where you go through so many spade bits? How many do you need? What size? Maybe someone can suggest a better tool or technique to save you some time and money.
Anyways, here's some more results from MSC and Wholesale Tool:

Drill bit usage
DC,
The smaller sizes (1/16 - 1/4) get used more, break, dull, and/or get lost. Years ago I could buy a package, maybe ten to the pack, of the same size bits and use them as replacement bits when needed. It was very convenient to have them on hand as well as economical. Now I get one, maybe two, in a pack. Just hoping they are still out there in quantity. As for the spade bits, well, when you are making a chase to run wire and you hit a nail it often is the end of the bit.
Thanks for your input DC.
Harbor Freight has the small bits in 10 packs
You know, those bits are really pretty poor. I've bought several sets there because they are so darn cheap. But they break, dull quickly and the flutes snap off easily. I'd just bite the bullet and buy real industrial bits if there is a particular size I needed bad enough to buy a 10 pack. Most bits in a set don't see much use, and so I justify the purchase of harbor freight bit sets based on the fact that most of the bits are there for occasional use.
Yep, I would completely concour with your assesment of those bits.
That's why I no longer cry when I drop my drill and bend/break my 1/8" bit anymore after only using it three times.
