distance of exhaust fan wall cap from windows and soffit intake vent

I’m installing an exhaust fan in a 2nd story bathroom and the only reasonable way to run the exhaust fan vent is through the wall. I don’t have a lot of room to play with and the wall cap is going to be situated 16 inches or so to the right of the window and a foot or so below the vented soffit.
Will the moist air that the fan is removing just end up back in the house and attic/roof assembly because of the location of the wall cap?
I’m more worried about the soffit intake vents. The window stays closed most of the year.

How much of an eave overhang is there? Is it a continously-vented soffit?
I would think you'd want to block the soffit vent for maybe three feet either side of the exhaust.
It is a continuously vented soffit. Cor a vent. 12 inch overhang. Blocking the vent would mean the several bays would be unvented and would be difficult at this point unless I just caulked the cor a vent shut.
