Do Thermotech windows perform?
Thermotech, a Canadian window manufacturer based in Ottawa, makes fiberglass-framed high-performance windows and patio doors.
They claim some remarkable thermal performance for units made with triple glazing and super spacers.
Who has experience with them?

No experience, but someone recently sent me this link http://oee.nrcan.gc.ca/residential/personal/new-windows-doors.cfm?attr=4
Looks like the Canadian version of our NFRC
I can't speak for their performance, but I installed 10 6/0 8/0 side hinged full glass patio doors and 5 3/0 8/0s in a SIPS house. Windows in the house were also Thermotech. All double paned. Windows all fixed. HO had done a lot of research. Said they were the best.
Slabs were nice. Window frames were squirrely. Door frames were fiberglass with styrofoam, and much harder to hang than Integrities. LowE units weren't marked, had to have someone come from Ottowa and shuck them out.
Had a problem with some of the locks, phone service was great, and solved the problems.
I can't tell you if they're worth the extra price, though... and the HO is so invested, she couldn't give a truly honest answer.
I went down to the lobby
To make a small call out.
A pretty dancing girl was there,
And she began to shout,
"Go on back to see the gypsy.
He can move you from the rear,
Drive you from your fear,
Bring you through the mirror.
He did it in Las Vegas,
And he can do it here."
Dunno about performance, but I did a whole house replacement last summer. Missing or damaged parts on 10-20% of the order. Weird stuff you had to look closely at like weatherstripping... Then the tech. comes out and says "Oh, you don't NEED that." So maybe their performance numbers are based on an assembly that has all the parts.
2 units mulled together were assembled incorrectly at the factory. Their service was prompt and good, but I shouldn't have needed it in the first place.
I wouldn't go with them again, not worth the hassle.
