Let’s try this again. If it works I owe it all to DougU. Thanks buddy.
These pics are of my first rounded deck that I post for your viewing enjoyment. Please be gentle with your critiqing. I’m feeling rather sensitive today. LOL
The two pics of the deck with the painted railing are at the front of the house. I did that one last year.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming

Good to see that you got the picture thing down but I think IMERC and REZ deserve some credit. Plus all those guys that helped me!
The deck looks good but what are those blue things around the feet of the seats? I cant make it out.
Doug
You were the first to reply to my distress call. Your info was so good I had the problem solved right away.
The bench is secured to the deck using a Pylex Post Base then trimmed off with a green plastic post base that is the same colour of faded pressure treated lumber. Around here the wood post base skirts don't deal well with the seasons.

nice work,Dave... what finish did you use ?

It was a very bright day. I needed to darken it up so the pictures wood turn out.
