Any one out there have a drill jig for cabinet knobs and pulls that works well for them?
Home made or bought.
Trying to find an easier way to get things to line up.
Measuring is to sloooow.
And you need to have a scrap of wood on the back sidewhen you drill.

i have a piece of 1x3 aluminum angle that has worked pretty good...
i try to set it up so the same hole will do both doors and drawers.... but sometimes i use multiple holes with index marks

piece of scrap ply.....
2 pieces of scrap boards......1x2 or so poplar a favorite.....of cab filler stock...
make yerself a plumb and a level line.....so there square in the corner..ya know....
attach the 1x......
now that one's for the door pulls.....so make the appropriate holes....
make another one just like it.....for the doors that go..."the other way"...
and if the drawers have pulls in the middle.....just use 1 stick as a top hanger....
and if they have 2...ya know..kinda centered and such from the sides....make some more of them door hole things......but measure from the drawer sides......
Takes ...like maybe......15 min....
looks cool....chicks dig it.
throw them away when done...so ya can practice making them again next time.

and why the need for the back up board?
screw heads pretty much seem to cover any blow out ...
and the drawer fronts are getting removed...then pulls mounted into the counter screwed holes.....so everything sets flush.....when the drawer fronts mounted back on with the man's hardware.....right?
