i have a prehung 80in door and the rough opening is plumb. and the jamb is plumb and shimed.so why do i have a uneven gap between the head jamb and the top of the door.from the top of the hinge side to the top of the latch side,the gap gets wider up to 5/16 {between the head jamb and top of the door} does anyone have a solution for this. thanks.
