I’m putting an exterior door in. In looking at sill pan solutions I saw a FHB article featuring “Typar 9” self adhesive tape. Who has used this system, did you like it, any reason not to use it on a door?

Just about any self adhesive flashing membrane will work fine. Vycor, I&W, Protecto-Wrap. I prefer 9" Vycor, run up the jack studs about 12 inches or so.
