Hi there all……just a question to those who might have had a similar setup…..I operate a small 3 man outfit , always busy and the clients are generally okay with payments .
Here is my current mindset , reduce to 2……my lead man & I….at the moment it seems like either a pair of 2 man gangs or one 2 man gang…main reason is the clients are much more at ease when I am in attendance.
I realise that we wont get through as much work as 3 but I figure it will put me in a better position to pick & choose the jobs I want to do.
Any insights appreciated
