Hello there,
Has anyone had some experience with the installation of DriCore in a basement setting. I am looking at this product for my basement renovation compared to the traditional sub-floor with sleepers, insulation, and plywood. Looking for comments from someone that has had to installed for sometime in regards to durability but any comments are welcome.
Thanks, Dennis

Fine Homebuilding did an article regarding dry basements not to long ago. maybe by Andy Engel? do a search on the home page
I used it for a friends basement. Was easy to install. However the shimming process was a bit of a pain. We then installed a floating wood flooring over top. Carpet would be ok as well. I would question a tile floor as it will flex. The big box store suggested we tapcon to get some of the flex out of it.
I've used it twice in basements and other than the cost I loved it.

The glue that they used a few years ago dries out and the whole floor developed a nice crackling sound when walked over. I saw some the other day and it looked like they'd changed the design somewhat. Still stupidly expensive.
I've used DriCore in two below grade bedrooms. Easy to install, but like others have said, the shims are a pain...not impossible but not really user-friendly. And the cost (panels + shims) is rediculous.
