I need to drill 1/4″ and 3/16″ holes in granite tile 3/4″, any ideas where to get drill bits capable of this?

Prescriptive codes don't address the connection at less common angles, so base the connection off more typical ones using bolts, structural screws, blocking, and steel tension ties.

most masonary bits will handle this, use a hammer drill and go slow, try to avoid areas of the stone that have veins and such.
Not to cause any trouble, but do not use a hammer drill unless your tile is firmly embedded. Use a regular masonry bit & a lubricant such as water & a steady & smooth pressure on the drill. Granite for all it's hardness is fairly fragile(DAMHIK) & will crack very easily. Especially in thin cuts like tiles.
