I’ve got a Delta gooseneck single lever faucet that has a slow drip. I have replaced
the seals and springs twice and have replaced the ball that sits on the seals.
The faucet is 7 yrs old. What else can I do?

I'm 90% sure that Delta has a lifetime warranty on their faucets.
When you replaced the seals did it start leaking right away, or only after a period of use? It may be that there's a flaw/crack in the casting.
IMO, Delta is only mediocre quality, and while I'd expect a Delta faucet to last longer than 7 years, not that much longer. It may be time to go ahead and replace the whole unit.
