Dry ice disappeared?

So, before I went to bed I saw and participated in a discussion about dry ice. The whole thread has since been deleted, it appears. I don’t recall seeing anything in the thread that appeared to be inappropriate. Has anyone noticed if it’s normal for threads to get deleted if they’re not strictly sticking to a topic related to construction, etc. in some remote way?

    It's been moved to the Tavern, which is off limits still for some folks..dunno any much more than that.
