I bet this was fun to hang & finish…and fun to frame too. Some designs are not well thought out. =o )

Did an archie-tek come up with that?
Not sure if an archy was involved. It is the hall connecting the 1-1/2 story house with the "bonus room" over the garage, which is angled 30* from the house. They could not have seen that mess coming. The place has some nice features, too bad that hall is so funky. This is the outside of the house:

thought maybe you were looking at the job I just finished. I just hung the rock and supplied the tapers. Had places like that in every room of attic that was reframed by owners. We made a pretty penny on that job, charged a premium and it went easier than expected. We were the only ones to even turn ina price to hang it.
