To create a tighter envelope and increase the r value of our scribed log house, we plan to put up firring strips and drywall. As far as insulation, i want to avoid fiberglass and expanding foam so as not to mar the logs. What about possible moisture issues and vapor barrier? Would appreciate any feedback.
