All I know is I bought their vest system a few years ago and it was way over-priced and not much of a solution to anything. It's still hanging in my shop 'cause by the time I decided I couldn't use it the statutory limit on returns had expired (at least for my concience).
Would you like to try it? Make you a good deal! (for me).
I bought a Duluth nail belt a few years ago. It ripped before coffee break the first day.
Unsolicited opinion -- go with the newest Occidental Leather rig. Current Tool Crib catalog page 91. part #9500.
A couple of us on the crew use that one with the Occi Stronghold suspenders. Worth every dime, and by far the most comfortable, useful, and well thought out belt I've seen.

I really set myself up for that one.....didn't I.
I do have a Mak 6916 12V impact myself. Just bought one 2 months ago and boy are they sweet. The stick drivers like the panasonic are only about 1.5 lbs with the battery and it has enough punch when you're doing hinges, faceplates, etc. Lately I've had this wrist pain that just comes and goes awaw....
Alan,
Did you mistakenly send your post to the wrong thread or did the webmaster screw-up? Don' see what your post has to do with toolbelts. Just curious, I'm not jumping on you.

12V tool belts are currently the hot item at Cabelas
Notchman,
Not going to go near that one!
I will!!!!!

YEEEEEOOOWWWW!

TDo not try this at home!
I am a trained professional!
Mr. T ,
Me thinks you said it for a joke but just might mean it. Seriously sounds like a great idea to motivate that shall we say, "less than ambitious" crew member. Give him a jolt in the pants. I like it.

Thanks Dave, Been looking at that one for some time as well. The price kept me from it. But I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I guess its time to order.
i think diamond back are the best. well worth the extra cost. great organization and layout.
I second cheesehead's opinion.

Very well arranged. Extremely durable and comfortable.

DeWalts new belts work well and come in leather or ballistic nylon. I have the nylon one and it is as tough as nails.

Bought a DTC set of bags 5 years ago, prior to the Skillers brand. If it's any indication of what they carry now, I've beat the daylights out of them and they're still fine, with the exception of the black nylon snap buckle you see on everything. It broke, needs replacing.
If you head to your nearest trail shop they should have a replacement for that buckle. Last one I bought was about $4. Pretty standard item. They are tough but not indestructible.
Yeah, thanks, got the buckle, but 1/2 of the old one is sewn on, and I've been too lazy to pull out the stitching and take it down the road to the shoe repair place and have the new one stitched on. Gonna do that next year.
