East Central NJ pay rate

What do you pay your helper? DL, own veh., reliable.Two man crew.

    What part of East Central N.J.?

    Suprisingly last I worked there, we saw a pretty wide range of pay for the same job.

        Unfortunately my experience is pretty old right about now.

        But almost 10 years ago we were paying helpers $10 an hour to start and that was in the Hunterdon, Warren county area.

    Tough call. How good is he, would he be missed on a day off? Can't see living on less than $15 an hour. Minimum is $7ish but that's for any brain dead. Some are worth it some are not!
