Effect of dark exterior in hot climate?

One part of the house I want to make darker than the rest, similar to this:

House is fully concrete. This room with dark exterior will have extra thick walls, at about 12-15in. Roof as on the pictures will be flat. Maybe paint the roof white for extra sun reflection? How much having dark room will increase energy consumption from air conditioning? Size – 16f*20f*11f

Air conditioner is running for 5-6m/year.
