I posted a month or so ago about trying to get into more commercial work.

We just won a nice little job for a local school district.

If ever there was a job to get started on this is the one.  There are no mechanicals involved and we will self perform all the work except some stucco and installing the store front type doors.

The bids were $24,000.00 ; $21,500.00 ; $19,100.00 and ours of $16,650.00

I left a little on the table I know but we should still make money and get good experience from it.

So I may have a question or two in the future.  All help is appreciated.
