I’m looking for an electric radiant wall heater but can’t find any in the US. The closest thing to what I want is from Ecolec in the UK (www.ecolec.co.uk/product.asp?productid=72). This is for a small bathroom, 8’x10′, that currently only has an undersized electric baseboard heater which can’t keep up with our Connecticut winters. I’ve got 15amp 240V and would like something permanently mounted. Wall space is very limited, only 23″H x 36″W but I only need 750W-1000W. Does anyone know where I can get something like this?
Thanks!

I have not found exactly what you are looking for, but I do have a few suggestions.
It seems that a simple radiant heater - the classic Wesix comes to mind - is no longer made. In their place are a number of similar units that conceal the heat coils and blow air over them. Grainger has many; here's one example:

Another popular source of supplimental heat is the ceiling fan- either with a heating element that blows heated air back into the room, or that uses a heat lamp bulb. I've had great success using the lamp to heat the floor outside the shower.
Finally, consider replacing your baseboard heater with a 240v model; you'll get 4x the heat of a 120v version. You'll want this to be on the proper ($80) GFCI breaker).
Maybe you should ask the Radiant Panel Association for help. http://www.radiantpanelassociation.org
Here are a couple of options.

Some are just towel heaters, but others are designed to also heat the room.

And they also have cove heaters. A google on electric cove heaters will give other brands.
And are are a couple of radiant ceiling panels that are available.
