Hi All:
sorry i haven’t visited in a long while but i’m stumped. looking to buid an elevated bed/loft for my little girl <9yrs old>. cant seem to figure the first step and was wondering if fine homebuilding has done any articles on these types of projects. looking for simple such as bed is about 5ft high with ladder and desk and some drawers beneath. all the stuff i looked at seemed pretty wobbly and not too sturdy so i figured for the $700 to buy a premade one at ikea i figure that would buy a whole lot of lumber and tools. any help is appreciated and thanks in advance for any advice or places to look on the computer.CP
