Welcome to breaktime, John.
All caps is considered yelling most of the time.
Need more information. Hydronic floor heat. What type of floor, wood, concrete,....?
Single story home , crawlspace, basement....?

John,
I'm not sure if this is new construction or an existing house.
If new and you're looking for a whole-house HVAC system, look into the hi-velocity systems out there. Companies like Unico and SpacePak.
They move air fast (hi-velocity) through small outlets, typically the outlet is a 4" disc with a 2" opening. The outlets can be painted, or they come in wood grain that can be stained. Outlets can go in ceilings, walls, or floors. Though the air exits the outlet at a high speed, it quickly blends with surrounding air, so no breezes, etc. The outlets can easily be blended into a room's decorating scheme.
They also have specialty outlets that fit in soffits or toe kicks. Those can be a bit noisier in terms of noise from air turbulence, but they are good at being inconspicuous.
If it's a remodel, you can use these systems as well. Just depends on how significant the remodel is.
Welcome to the forum.
Thanks for the replies ,I probably should have been a little more clear.it is a custom home,5000 sq ft ,three stories with afull basement,(4 stry).the entire house is sheeted with 1 1/8 ply then rad.
tubing with gyp crete,thermafloor,poured 1 1/2 " thick,then baked oak
flooring or imported saltillo style tile from france. what we are trying to do is,process the air in the house with a hepa filter ,or acombo of filter and uv to kill mold etc.we need to recirculate and clean and exhaust .also provide passive air intake /provide positive pressure with that air being processed before introduction to living.would like to know if there is a system out therethat islike a package or what manufacturers areproducing the highest quality product. thanks, johntait
