A year ago my HVAC/Oil Dealer installed an Energy Kinetics System 200 furnace in my home.  At the time, the Dealer had one factory trained System 2000 employee.  The other employees that worked on my install were trained on the job by the factory trained employee.  The factory trained employee has left my Dealer.  It’s now time for the annual manufacturer recommended service. I have seen different comments concerning the level of expertise that a service tech needs to service a System 2000.  Should I let one of my Dealer’s OJT employees do the service work or should I find a System 2000 Factory Authorized Dealer with factory trained service techs?
