engineered/laminate wood flooring ref’s?

Got a basement floor the customer wants to have covered with a wood looking floor.
So far ..he’s studied Wilsonart and BR-111….prefers both in the floating floor system.
The wilsonart version is the click-lock deal …. not sure how the BR-111 floater works.
The concern … the concrete walk-out basement has in floor radiant floor heating.
BR people told him their product “should” be radiant approved with in the next year … but this floor is going down with in the next coupla months/weeks!
I already called my resident expert “Ditch” and he nixed the idea of a warrentied hardwood ….so engineered it is.
Anyone have a good recommendation?
I’d love to go with the click-lock as there’s a plumbing clean out that’d have to be straightened out and brassed capped if the floor’s glued down …
I’m thinking a “removable” floor …would be considered “temporary” and could go right over the cleanout ….a 90 deg. change of direction would place it just a few courses from an edge….
How say’s what?
And ..who wants to install this beast …. 1600 ft sq? North of Pgh….

The click and lock flooring won't be as easy to remove as you think, especially with trim around the edges. I have installed two types of Pergo flooring, the click and lock, along with the glue version. The glue version is more water resistant, and takes longer to do. In addition, you need to rent band clamps to install the glue version. A word of advice: use natural wood trim wherever you can. All the laminate floor companies get you with the price of the trim, plus most of them only come in 4 or 6 foot lengths.
Love to install it for you, but the commute from Northern Michigan is a bit much.
Good luck
There is at least one brand of click lock engineered flooring avaialbe.

I have no idea if this would work or not.
Do a normal glue down but leave a small square (6x6 or so) where the clean out is.
Then edge up a 6x6 pannle and use a couple of pieces of double sided tape to hold it in place.
While it will show, done carefully it should not "scream" at you.
Also there is a floating solid wood floor that is spec'd for radiant. I belive the name is Junkers. They advertise in FHB.
They are held together with metal clips on the bottom. Have no idea of how easy it would be to disassemble.
