Estimating concrete

Guys,

Two questions:  For those of you who do stamped concrete, how do you price the extra work?

Second question:  Is there an estimating software title that covers residential and commercial by geographic region?  Any that specialize in masonry and concrete?

Thanks for your ideas.

     Thay are charging what the market will bear from $6.25-12.00/ft. Until everyone learns how easy it is, then the price will be the same as it is for unstamped, broomed finish.

      LOL They charge around $20/sq ft here in the NW.
