I bought this from Homedepot. It is non-CTL, replacement only breaker. I can use tandem breakers in my service panel (Murray, class NI 200 amps). But is ETN good brand to use, or should I go to the electrician’s store? Thank you.

Eaton makes Cutler Hammer or vice versa.
Also manufacture a number of breakers under the name of Eaton; BR style for Westinghouse / Bryant panels among others.
Good stuff, no worry.
