I’m in need of some serious drainage work that I can’t feasibly do myself. I met with the salesman who was very good until the heat came on to close. After doing some research, they came up mediocre at best with the BBB. Does anyone have any experience with this company. Although they are national, I’m in Rochester, NY and dealing with the local office.

In my experience (which isn't all-encompassing) the basement waterproofing companies always seem to recommend the solution which just happens to be the one they sell! (And that usually ain't cheap!
And, that solution usually treats the symptom (water in the basement) not the problem (too much water around the foundation)
In many cases, water intrusion problems can be corrected or significantly reduced through proper grading of the soil and cement flatwork around the house and 10' downspout extensions.
Also:
One thing to keep in mind with the BBB - they just report complaints received, they don't evaluate them - not all complaints are justified.
It is a useful source, of course, but it's information needs to be evaluated, just like any other source of info.
