I’m making this picture of my three year old at “Celebrate Abilene” a couple of months ago the backdrop on my computer.
It pretty well sums up what I feel like every morning lately as I’m reviewing the day’s workload.

It looks to me like that one hiding behind all that protective gear doesn't stand a chance against the obviously up and coming pitcher. About 66' would even the odds a bit.

Yeah I know exactly how you feel. It looks a bit like Anakin and his Darth Vader shadow in Episode I. You are fighting a losing battle.

O.K. - Makes a lot more sense that way.
When I first looked at the picture, I thought he had a ball glove on and was holding a baseball in it. So it didn't make much sense.

I'm currently under the gun. I'm scheduled for vacation next week, but have a truckload of work to finish up first. Don't know how I'm going to get it all done.

Sounds like you are in for the kind of vacation I've been taking ever since I started this house. Ah well, at least the wife brings me pictures so I can keep up with what the boy looks like.
Not really, but that's the way it feels some days. I pulled off the house, and out of the office, for a one week trip to Arizona to see my parents a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed the trip but I have been paying for the "time off" ever since.
How come "time off" seems to be more like "time postponed" anyway? Vacations would be so much more enjoyable if the work didn't pile up wating for you to get back.Kevin Halliburton

I'm looking forward to getting away for a couple of days next week. We're going on a rafting trip with my girlfriend and her family.
We haven't been anywhere as a family for a long time. Should be a nice break from the usual routine.
I'm running in high gear this week trying to get everything taken care of before I leave. And there wil be lots of stuff piled up here when I get back, I'm sure.It's no accident that stressed spelled backwards is desserts.
