I, too, agree that a future article addressing the need for expert-level flashing would be a welcome advantage to all of us who find we need to divert water from several points where planes intersect. I currently have to flash a custom home at (long lost art) every gable end Greek return. This is easy enough, but how about the builder with an unusual chimney location? Proper flashing techniques can be the crux of a sound, dry complete roof installation. Let’s go there…..
