Can anyone recommend exterior heat mats for sidewlks and decks

I am seeking advice on providing electric heat beneath exterior tile decks for snow melt in the Indiana snow belt. One deck will be on an elevated steel deck and 4″ slab covered with porcelain tile. The second deck is exterior wolmanized plywood on sloped wolmanized  sleepers above a roof membrane on advantec on trusses. I need help in selecting an electric heat mat specification for this exterior construction.
