If the LVLs are typical 1.8" thickness, then use enough PL400 or equivalent adhesive until it spooges out the edges when you clamp them with some heavy duty long reach clamps. Pepper it with 16d nails staggered about 6"OC. A framing nailer makes the job a piece of cake.
Whomever you bought the LVLs from should have a book from the manufacturer. They have info in them about fastening them together.
If they're top loaded, there probably isn't a whole lot of need to fasten them together.
If they're loaded from one side, it depends on how much load you need to transfer from one ply to the next. That should be covered in the manufacturer's literature.
I'm really easy to get along with once you people learn to worship me.
Boise Cascade has a versa-lam floor detail PDF file.
For top loaded beams it looks like 2 or 3 rows of 16d @12" for beams less than 7" wide.
For wider beams 2 rows of 1/2" bolts @24" staggered.
The beams should come with directions.
my BIL said to me once that people tend to put far too many fixings in them.
i vaugely recall that in a 8' length he had about 4/6 1/4" bolts.
