*I save my money for quality tools and in my opinion, Snap-On, Milwaukee, Lufkin, Athol, and some other no names from the turn of the century suit me. Suited my grandfather and his too. What with proper maintenance, care and a no loan policy will keep even my Sears Craftsman radial saw around awhile longer. Enjoy the holidays.

*Insured with replacement cost. if it's stolen I get a new one even if the price has gone up. I got burgled a few years back but they never touched my tools. took the wife's jewelry, some cameras and all of our video tapes. go figure.
*Ben: "adjustable wrenches- crescent& craftsman". I would have agreed a few years ago. Then I tried Channelock's adjustable wrenches. Much nicer - accurate metric and SAE scales, doesn't jam, doesn't rust. Cheap at Wal-mart. Like the 16" size going for what I'd expect a 12" to go for. -David
*Ron, I would have thought that your favorite brand of shorts would be Victoria's Secret!!! :)
*tape measurer- anything but a freakin stanley
*Porter Cable and Milwaukee with a few Makitas thrown into the mix.Been happy vwith my Grizzly shop equiptment.

*Hey Ben I have a old Black & Decker Saw Cat circular saw also was my Dads still runs great, I will never part with it.
*david, do you really like your bammer? Thread was what tools are best, and I see you listed the bammer. Just curious, I have never once heard a good thing about bammers. Which model do you have? How long have you had it? Please, do tell
*Shoeman; The PC Bammer was purchased about three years ago, hardly used and has performed like a champ. I have never serviced it and it has never let me down. I use it for small trim jobs and pull out the air power for big jobs. It is super for outdoor trim work if you don't like air hoses going up ladders. Still I will be getting the pasalode soon for production type work.
*forgot to say i'm not sure about model# as it is five am and 20 degrees, i'll leave it in the truck and get an answer to you later...
*David, I think you will be impressed with the Paslode nailers, I have the framer, 16 guage angled finish, and the new 18 guage finish. The framer is ok, but I really like the finish guns.
