I doubt anyone would part with thiers, I sure would not. The Fien Multimaster is what you are looking for.
Get him a NEW one from http://www.toolking.com or such.
Yer a sweet wife if you'd do that for him.

Thanks, my bad.
But you must agree, the multimaster is awesome?
I have the first generation triangle sander circa '88...pricey little bastard.

A thought - I found out that Festool (which is probably a neck in neck competitor with Fein for the market) attends trade shows, demos the tools, after which they can't really sell them as new. Never mind they only have a couple of hours on them.
So if you called Festool and talked to the fixit shop, if you happen to time it right and a show just ended, there's about one of everything for sale, reduced. You might try and find out who one of the main Fein distributors is, and see if that isn't an angle that might get you a couple bucks off."Sometimes when I consider what tremendous consequences come from little things, I am tempted to think -- there are no little things" - Bruce Barton

Your only gonna pay someone $75 to take your PC detail sander??!!! Maybe someone would trade you the PC Bammer for it. I think I hated my bammer more than the detail sander.

Thanks but he has his heart set on a Fein.Deb
I think Amazon.com has the best price on Fein Multimasters. I just recently finally bought one and I think I can honestly say "He'll luv ya for it!"
Back when I had the money about a year ago, he really wanted one but he decided to wait. He thought the money would be better spent on the leaking roof. Now I think they are $50. more.I'll just have to start saving my pennies.Thank you and the others for the warm reception at Breaktime.Deb
