Here’s a curved screen I just finished for a landscape designer and her client. Pretty fun.
Cedar posts, 5/4 composite decking, suntuff polycarb roofing infill, clear cedar trims and an arc’ed cap cut from clear cedar 2×10.
I scribed the arc from a hub with 25′ of radius, then marked and dug holes, then placed the posts in the holes, bent the arc in the composite decking with wire and my come-a-long, clamped the posts to it and filled in the concrete.
Rest went easy. Scribed the arc on the segments of cap, cut ’em, biscuited the joints. Tuned with beltsander.

Looks great! Love the style.
Thx--orig the infill was to be corr galv roofing. I like that better--metal more organic (and solid) than the polycarb roofing, but turned out well.
