I am looking to install some fencing around my house. We got an estimate on some white vinyl 6′ fence. It would be the flat sort of stuff, solid, with some lattice-type work for about 0″ at the top. Not stockade, but the nicer stuff. The length, with 2 gates, would be about 150′. The installer is top-notch. Does $11,000+ sound anywhere in the ball park for what I’ve generally described?
Thanks for any tips!

Why 6'? I have a pool and was required to have a 6' fence. I installed black powder coated aluminum fencing that looks like wrought iron so I wouldn't feel like i'm in a box. Over 150' with 2 gates and it was less than $10k. It's 7 years ol and looks great.
rwjiudice, thanks for your info. Is that solid fencing, meaning no gaps?
We need 6 feet for at least half of it, for privacy concerns.
No, not solid. It's "open" with less than 4" between the stiles, like a wrought iron fence.
Meant to keep kids out... and our miniature dachshund in!
Rabbits, on the other hand, come and go as they please!!!!
That's what I paid for something similar last summer.
sounds reasonable compared to some quotes I got last summer.
