Fill in under pier and beam house
I have a pier and beam house that is in a low area of my lot. There is constant water under it the low spots. In a recent flood water eroded some of the piers footings and the house has sagged a bit in some areas. The piers are 3 8”x16” concrete blocks on cement footing, so about 2 foot high. What can I use to fill underneath the house, and stabilize the piers so I can begin to repair the sagging by removing the floor in areas and repair? I am thinking of some kind of flowing concrete as the reach is too far for chutes and conveyer?
