I am working on a set of Walnut doors. I have milled and planned most of the pieces down to 5/4 -6/4 thicknesses. My planed finished thickness it between 1″ and 1.125″. I have been unable to locate a tongue and groove set that can accommodate this thickness. I can only locate sets for 3/4 thick boards.
Does anyone know a source of larger sizes?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you looking for a plain T&G set or cope & stick?

Thanks for the quick response.
I believe T & G. I'm not sure what Cope and Stick is.... please educate me. I will use a router/shaper table with the bits to create joints between the door pieces. All the joints will be hidden.
Try http://www.leevalley.com/wood/page.asp?page=46178&category=1,46168&ccurrency=2&SID=
These are all the panel rail and stile bits they have or just try their home page at leevalley.com and surf around.
There catalogue only shows bits with a capacity for 3/4" stock. Still need help! Thanks.
unless you set up your table saw and router and make passes, youll have to look to a shaper. Pretty much with a 3/4 to 1inch spindle for the size you want.
There is a product that turns your table saw into a moulder head. Its purple and has lots of attachments/cutters Dont know the name offhand but google.com would help
I believe I have found the answer thanks to my problem thanks in part to your responses and to customer support at http://www.Leevalley.com - even though did not carry what I wanted they did a little internet research and sent me the following link.

Didn't get a chance to check my catalogs last night. I did get one a while back though that had what you're looking for & made a mental note I'd never seen that bit before. I'll try again tonight. BTW, my earlier reference to "cope & stick" is another term used to describe rail & stile cutters. More accurately, it describes how rail & stile cutters shape the material. Generally, plain T&G cutters are formed with right angles. This would be the type usually seen on T&G flooring. T&G is often combined with a v-groove for ceilings, walls, and some flooring. Cope & stick is mirror image decorative profiling that lets the end of the rail meet and interlock with the edge of the corresponding stile.

I was just looking at Tools of the Trade mag and saw an ad for Frued that said they have a set with adjustment washers for all sizes.
BTW, Some flooring t&g bits have a relief on the bottm side of the groove about 1 or 2 dergees so that the top side ccan fit tighter.Excellence is its own reward!
Yeah, I saw those on the Freud web site also. I'm still scratching my folicly challenged upper deck though because I can't find the place that had the matched pairs that were for specific thicknesses. So many tool catalogs & so little time but I'm in it for the principle now!

routerbits.com has a router bit to bulid window sashes and mullions. It is made by Whiteside and costs around $80. I have several Whiteside bits and they are fine tools.
