Looking for any suggestions or interested parties. Here is my concern: I am a retired remodeler who accumulated a fine collection of “Fine Homebuilding” magazines starting from the first issue. We are in the process of moving. Shipping all these magazines will be costly. So If there is any interest in being the recipient of this collection please let me know. We live in New Jersey. Thanks, Bibber

There's a "Reader Classified" folder, you might have better luck had you posted this there instead of in the "Archives" folder.
There's always interest in back issues, tell us what you have, what you want, and the bidding will begin.
Have the following issues #s: 1,5,7,8,9,21,25, 29-35, 69-Present. Missing: 152. Want to keep Year 2008.
I had the same set last Feb-Mar, had some interest but only ended up in selling 21 of the magazines - at a fair price -- the rest -- Fine Homebuilding and Woodworking - something like 350 all went to the PATINA Auction - got a few dollars and have the shelf cleared off and that is what I was really after
Thank you very much for the sugestion. We will try that (Patina Auction).
Where are you in Jersey?
I'm not really interested in the mags ( got most of 'em), but maybe you'd be interested in having lunch with a bunch of us? There's a thread over in the Fests folder I've started for a Lunch Fest, probably mid Feb.
Thanks Shep. Normally I would make the time for lunch to chat shop. Our moving task is demanding much investment of time and may end up in Tennessee. Thanks, Bibber.
I know about the moving thing. We're going to be moving from South Plainfield, to Wanaque, NJ very soon.
Good luck with your move.
