Can anyone tell me what the best finish is for ipe decking (actually, t&g) to help it retain its color?  I have been told Messemer’s is good.  This is a covered porch in Georgia – 10 ft. deep so it doesn’t get baking sun all over, but the ends do get sun daily.  Also have the same question for mahogany doors, which will never get direct sunlight.
