Fireplace – CUSTOM THROAT DAMPER HANDLE?

Hello All!
I am interested in a custom damper handle like the one pictured with the red arrow.
I’ve reached out to several companies but have been unsuccessful.  
Does anyone know a company that sells something like this or a person that makes them?
