Since I been gone awhile I want to show a few pics of the first job I bid and got. It is an underground parking structure. A big basement with a cap on it.
The project was challenging and cold. The developer had a lot of faith in me.
We are back on residential for a bit now doing what we love, but this job was about making a little money. Which we technically did.
The bad news is you’ve done exactly the right things to be exactly where you are today.

You really know how to budget.
Do you travel?
Got a job for you, in fact several jobs.

Shouldn't OHSA be showing up to arrest everyone and send them and their entire families to a dungeon somewhere for that rail less bridge? Bob's next test date: 12/10/07
Of course. What do you think they're building, a garage? OSHA has gotten really tough the past few years!--------------------------------------------------------
