I’m remodeling and my breaker box is crowded with a bunch of speednuts inside where previous electricians have added cables. As part of the remodel I’m verifying that the loads are all correct and trying to clean up the mess inside the box. What I want to do is move all of these extra wires out and connect them into a junction box with knockouts mounted on the wall next to my breaker box. I want to finished product to be neat, clearly labeled and LEGAL. Is my plan viable? Any better way to do it? Attached are pics of my current box and the type of junction box I want to use for all the connections. Thanks!

You an electrician? Hire an electrician
I'm as good as most of the electricians I've hired over the years, I know what I'm doing and I do neat clean work that meets code. I asked this question to make sure I wasn't overlooking any requirements that I haven't seen over the years. I guess most electricians just add another piece of romex in the box with a speed nut when they are adding something. I didn't like how crowded my box has become.
Around here they add handy boxes all around the outside of the panel and make up wires in the boxes then run them into the panel.
As long as the connections are protected you should be fine.
Is this the service entrance or is this a subpanel? If this is a subpanel you have a grounding issue. Where is your meter?
