Flashing poured concrete step foundation
Hi all,
I’m looking for suggestions on how best to flash the vertical edge of a poured concrete foundation. My thought is a custom bent aluminum flashing as we plan to have a drip edge type aluminum flashing and the bottom edge of our siding but the vertical aspect has been more challenging to try to determine what’s best.
Some additional information that may be relevant is we are using tyvek over the OSB sheathing, Cor-A-Vent SV-l3 and Sturdi strips for a rain screen behind Ward spruce vertical grain clapboard siding that we primed with exterior latex wood primer on all sides.

Consider using Zip Liquid Flash. Some builders use this on the whole plate. It certainly will work for the foundation drops.
