How costly is it to correct flashing that was installed incorrectly around vents. 3 vents and 2 pipes. Ballpark number of hours.

way too many variables for anyone to guess for you. Some variables: roofing type, vent type, what are the apparent problems, does fixing this open up other cans of worms, etc.
It’s not costly at all for the homeowner. Unless the homeowner installed them and is now seeking help in repairing. In that case it’s either whatever is estimated by a contractor or the end result of time/materials.
If a roofing contractor did the install, the cost should be zero!
