I need 4″ flexible insulated duct for a bathroom exhaust fan. HVACQUICK has the product. HD carries this stuff too. Are there different grades or will they all be pretty much the same?

I think they are all pretty much the same, but an insulated rigid duct will flow better.
Check your state and local codes if it will be inspected.
Some places do not allow non-metal ducting for fire block reasons.
I had to use 4" galv duct (fire code) and wrap it with insulation (energy code) for a job 2 years ago.
Maybe you need to hire a mechanical engineer? <G>
At least at HD you can look at the stuff.
I have seen two or three different "weights" -- some that is really flexible like a Slinky, and some that is stiffer and "clicks" as you stretch it out.
can imagine there being much difference if the r value is the same.
