I live in South Carolina. We are going to remodel the kitchen. We have been looking at hardwood flooring options.
Some one told us the only way to go is the floating floor instead of the glued floor. I do not want to install the traditional hardwood and sand and seal. I do like the factory finished floors that are about 3/8″ thick. They seem to offer a 15 to 20 year warranty and can be refinished 1 or 2 times if necessary. Any suggestions.
