Have a new 3000 sf thin shell concrete residence planned for New Port Richey, FL. Prints and engineering are done. Had a GC/dome builder lined up all during design. Just as the construction contract is being prepared, builder decides to quit his business, primarily for health reasons (heart attack a year ago, etc). Client is stranded, but interested in moving ahead. GREAT client, great attitude, top-quality couple. They believe financing is in place, pending final estimate from builder.
Looking for a licensed FL GC interested in the project. We should be able to get a shell builder to handle the dome-specific items as a sub-contractor.
