Foam It Green spray foam – uneven experience with product and customer service
I’ve used 3 units of Foam It Green spray foam insulation, each Foam It 202 tank kit about $330 (+ $40 shipping) to spray 202 board feet of foam Two kits worked as advertised. I used a third kit on my rim joist and had an intractably clogged gun during use, after using only 30-50% of the foam. My experience dealing with their customer service group was unpleasant. Lots of blaming and hostility. I think I’ll try Tiger Foam next time. Anyone else have a comparative experience they can share?

@Kimball_house I have used Foam It Green also, and really enjoyed my experience. The customer service team helped me figure out what I needed for my crawlspace project (which was indeed the right amount) and when I got myself into a jam early on a Sunday morning, I got LIVE help right there when I needed it and they got me back up and running fast. I made a mistake so I was glad they could help me.
Btw, I also called Tiger Foam before decidinig on where to purchase and I really felt the team at Foam It Green cared more about my actual project and outcome. And, I'm really glad I chose Foam It Green because if I had gone with any other brand, I wouldn't have had anyone to call for help when I was in a panic on that Sunday morning. I will definitely be doing my attic with it this summer.
Did you stop and call right away to their 24/7 line? Do you still have stuff left because I bet they could help you figure out how to get the rest out, even if you need a new gun or something?

I bought 12 kits. The product is great if and when the kits work. I received 2 kits that had issues. With all the help they provided of wasted product before the mix started working I think it was a pressure issue on 2 white tanks. They provide no compensation, will not swap out the kit, require videos for everything done, and have all the scripted excuses. Basically I am out $1200.00 and they will do nothing. I have plenty of details and videos if interested but recommend staying away if you can't afford the risk of ban fills and bad sprayers.
