Cool! As a Tai Chi master I used to know would say, "Mountaintop view." The fog settles and you can see mountaintops from the mountain where you stand.
I used to love it when it was foggy when I worked at a refinery--one time I had to climb down onto the top of a floating-topped tank to gauge it and the metal tape slapping the sides of the inside of the tank made real weird echoing poinging sounds. One of the few fond memories of working at the refinery.

The tower the pic was taken from is only 22 stories.
The resi towers (lower left) will be 33 stories each.
The tower in the center is just under 30 stories I think.
